So I went into The Family Dollar and wanted to buy a cell phone. As I walked over to where the cell phones were I noticed that there was one for $20. When I got to the counter to pay for my item, It rang up as $31. I then asked the cashier why was the price so high, because it was $20 on the shelf. The cashier went to the back to get the manager in charge multiple times to have her fix the price. She then Told the cashier that it was just hung up wrong not fixing the problem. She then yelled at the cashier if I wanted to talk to her about it to come in the back of the store.. i could hear her all the way up front. At this point summoning me to the back of the store I was already agitated. When I got back There I told her she needed to come up front and fix The problem. She then told me that she was puting the truck up and was busy. So I told her that she still needed to get up front and fix the problem because the cashier did not know how to discount the phone I was purchasing down. I also told her that she needed to stop yelling at her employees and harassing them that that was very unprofessional. She just continued arguing with me back-and-forth over the situation forcing me to get even more heated. So I told her if she did not come up front I was going to call the law on her. After that she followed me to the front and fixed the situation. Then she walked off and I told her that's where she needed to go was back to the back where she was to get away from me. Nevertheless she was very unprofessional and Was also rude to her employees by yelling at them and rude to her customers by telling her employees to have them come into the back where she was that instead of coming up front like a manager should do. Bottom line this lady needs fired cause I garentee your gonna lose business over her. Old,skinny,brown,cow!
