Bread was old, tuna was good but small portions compared to other Subways, veggies were frozen and gross looking, got a few pickles. Artist was great to me. Extremely slow, apathetic teenage staff. I skipped over many ingredients because they looked old and wilted. No sauce was placed on my sub. Subway is already a bad place to eat, but this one is bottom of the barrel.

I'm not quite sure why I still attempt the online order. It never makes a difference. They never start on my order till I'm standing at the front trying to pick it up.

Ordered 2 footlong subs. Had to go with a different bread than we normally get but that's ok...asked for them to go easy on the mayo. When we got them home we just trashed them. Not just because both were covered in mayo...I mean squeezing out all over in globs...we did not order them with dark 6 inch HAIRS but that's what we got. The hairs were half inside the sub and hanging half out....that is a hard NO for us.

Worst service we ever experienced in a restaurant!! Employee was using profanity and slinging food everywhere. Initially told us Subway was closed. We stood at the counter and waited then she asked us how many sandwiches we wanted to order. We replied 3. Then she responded with "we are definitely closed". No sense of work ethic,decency. I would give -5 stars if I could. Save yourself the headache and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

This place has horrible customer service. The workers from Powell Valley mill only get a 30 minute lunch, most of the time you can't get through on the phone to order your lunch. Then get to the store and the subway worker is outside talking to people in the parking lot and is the only worker on duty.

I was very unhappy with the service, I was there on 3-4-2022 giving my order through the drive through and the intercom system needs to be fixed you can't hardly hear them talk you, then I told them I had two separate orders, I started giving my the first order which it was mine while my mom was figuring out hers, any way as I was giving my order the lady that was taking mine was very rude,snappy, snotty and she wouldn't let me finish my order, I was telling what my daughter wanted and I was giving my order I got my sandwich ordered, my chips and my drink before I could tell something else I wanted she cut my off and said very hateful " what is for the second order," I asked her " are you ready for the second order?" she replied really hateful " do you have any more sandwiches with the first order?" I replied "no I don't," next thing I hear " what's for the second order," once again I was cut off any able to finish my order and I asked her once again " did you your ready for the next order" and they lady replied back "yes I am" with a hateful tone. I wasn't even don with my first order I was wanting to add a couple of cookies to my order but I guess if I didn't have any more sandwiches to be made she wasn't going to listen to me. I will not be going back to that Subways I rather go out to the one by Kristal or the one at pilot close by the factories and deal with wanting on the traffic on a busy day then go back to the one in front of Tractor supplies.

Recently tired the new Tuna Melt Sub from this location and had to be hospitalized because of food poisoning. Eat the sub sandwich for dinner and started feeling stomach pain a couple hours later spent the whole night throwing up and extreme stomach pain. Definitely avoid tuna from subway was not worth it. Very unhappy with the whole experience.

Even though, the mask mandate has been lifted by the president and the governor for those vaccinated they would not serve us without us wearing a mask. We left without ordering any food.
