my father had many loans threw the bank after my mom died he wanted a small loan and was down i am glad he sold the house and moved away from that town and poor excuses for a bank. it all in who you know as we all know.

in most part staff is great but when it comes to personal loans even if you own thousands of dollars in property they will not make loan we never missed a payment out credit dropped due to using our cards to pay on a house fire till insurance could pay, but now for them to pay requires a umpire that is 700.00 that is all. and they could not make the loan to refinance a current loan . that is is pettey. i will pull all of my accounts and will speak to some of the buisness owners i know i who bank their including our church. they have gotten to main stream for us no longer personal banking based on business you do with them but on numbers that due not show everything. this bank is headed to failure .

horrible place for loans, nice tellers but the new officers up to the vp are just to full of themselves and stuck on greed over personal service as it use to be. personal service is what made that bank but that is not the case any more. as a pastor and one of the top review editors i give this bank a prayer they change and a rating of zero. as i move my accounts to another bank. good luck FCB with your new policy .

FCB is a great hometown bank with great quality of customer service! I feel more welcomed as a customer at FCB rather than those huge corporate banks. Good old-fashioned small town Ballard county service!

I'm constantly having problems with accessing my account through the app or website, and I can never use my card online I have to use my actual account information and pay for things via PayPal if I want to pay for anything over the phone. Out of all the banks I've dealt with since I've been 18 this one is the most frustrating. The workers at the bank are nice but I just would not recommend coming here.

This bank pulls you in with its low fees and free checking accounts. They'll even cover up to $500 in overdraft protection. But they like to hold your transactions for days at a time just so you'll overdraw your account and they can collect their $24 a pop fees. This bank is a fraud and I would not recommend them!!
