I've been missing pieces of mail. When I call I'm not treated with respect and just told to contact the sender and ask to resend on time sensitive material. Won't even ask the carrier to check his truck. Very rude.

Carrier, not our regular delightful one, left our package, out in the rain, next to our detached garage instead of placing it on our covered porch. Too lazy to walk an extra 20 feet?
