They checked the same thing that fast Lube does but $40 cheaper. Wait time was good. Everything went smoothly, didn't have to sit and wait until 2 other cars were being done. They go by appt time and started on time. Easiest cheapest oil change I've ever had. I was surprised.”
“The workers was find. The cotton pickin parts are to high at auto zone and advanced auto parts. There is not huge competitive prices. A huge monopoly. There are 3 companies that has stock in these two business and plus several others and there no competitive prices. Monopoly is against the law. From the sledgemaster 3 times making professional powerlifting history in 2022 that represent the people in Kentucky and east Kentucky.”
“Today I ran my truck in a ditch and had it about an inch from the side being tore out by a rock cliff. I knew I was going to hit the cliff when I got pulled out. He had the knowledge and took the time to pull me out without any damage to my truck.”
“Had a screw in my tire while there on business needed to get it fixed before driving a long distance at 3:00 on a friday. I pulled up, gave them the tire and they fixed it and put back on in under ten minutes. Few other places said they couldn’t get to it and I thought I’d be stuck driving 110 miles on a spare. “Sam helped me when I came in at 6:30 this past Monday. I was making a long trip, but my engine was making a funny noise. I had to have somebody, anybody look and listen to it to give me a guess as to what the problem was, and how bad it was! I was starting to get worried a little bit. It was very cold and windy outside, and Sam (without putting a jacket on) went out to check out my engine. He could not tell at first once I turned the engine on. He said, "My hearing isn't the best." So he went into the store and came out with an automotive hose of some kind. He put one end of it to his ear, and the other on my engine itself as it was running, so he could hear better. Very ingenious and resourceful, I thought! He later gave me a few guesses as to what the problem was. If nothing else, I felt better that the problem was not urgent. I could tell he was a man of faith. He did not lie, or try to push me into buying something from the store, or make anything up the whole time. He was simply HONEST. He thanked me for my military service and wished me luck on my trip, which helped my stressful situation.He was an angel when I needed one!”
