“I visited O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up a spark plug for my car, but things took an unexpected turn when my car broke down in the parking lot. I was feeling stressed and unsure of what to do, but Kevin, the worker there, truly went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he check the battery and oil to make sure everything else was in order, but he also took the extra step of calling a mechanic to attempts to see if he would be open on the weekend. As well as making sure I was able to find a ride home. His kindness, patience, and dedication really made a tough situation much easier to handle. I can't thank Kevin enough for his outstanding customer service—he really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.
