I have always experienced good service, pleasant atmosphere and the following of all my requests at this Great Clips. Especially in the past 5 months I have tried to adapt my haircut to cover my over- the-ear hearing aids. Since I have short hair this has not always been easy to do but I am happy with results and pleased with the individual interest in my concerns. Thank you for your service.

Very inconsistent cuts, and few times I have walked in and no one ever acknowledge me so I cx my appointment and left. It is convenient being next to school. Its very hit and miss.

Working with Candace has been a pleasurable experience! Her professionalism greets you and lets you know you’re in the right place to get the right cut that YOU want! Her consistency makes her the exception, and I know I will get the perfect cut no matter the length of time between visits. Her personal side makes you as the customer feel like you are her ONLY customer! Every cut has been a very good cut, but I have to say, my latest cut was THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUT IVE EVER HAD!!! I HIGHLY recommend Candace, she has all the phases of a Top-Notch experience from start to finish! You will NOT be disappointed! TY

Went for a haircut today, signed in at shop. I was # 4 or 5 on list and wait time was 22 mins. There were 3 cutting hair and a 4th sweeping the floor. When stylist finished completed hair cuts, they went to backroom for a break. Wait time went to 40 mins. then to 55 mins. I was next in line and only 1 stylist cutting. After waiting at least a half hour, and wait time doubled, I left. Why would they all take breaks when customers were waiting? There were 2 other customers, plus me waiting.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for about 2 1/2 years now .everyone at the Store are very good at what they do i usually choose one or two but all of them seem to do a great job. I am very picky.

Every time I go the wait is way longer that estimated. 24 min turned into 45 min and I left. They need to go back and learn to cut hair. They are cookie cutter hair cuts. Not that hard

I hadn't had a hair cut in over 2 years and was in desperate need of a trim. Nicole cut my hair, and was so kind and attentive to my asian hair which I felt was weighing me down with it's coarseness and split ends. She made it look fresh and lightweight again without having to take away any of my long locks. Will definitely come back again.
