I was looking for a tool chest that the last 3 Home Depots said they had but did not, the tool chest showed up in the system for Cold Springs but with a ton of looking with Nathaniel it was not found. Nathaniel went up and beyond calling other stores, unfortunately the other stores did not bother helping. Kudos to Nathaniel, I appreciate his help

Always had help and treated well was Rudely Ignored. And starred at when I was waiting at the pro desk by an employee believe his name is Joe went to the line beside the desk was where Renee seemed to turn her light off and walked away. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT OUR COUNTRY HAS PEOPLE that treat others like this

Don't order anything from them. They will continue harassing you with spam emails. I've unsubscribed several times and blocked the email address but now they send the spam from a different email address. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP AT HOME DEPOT!!

Melissa the manager on 5/7/2024 did not care about my delivery issues and just was rude to me because I was upset that I didn't receive my order when it was due the previous day and that it had showed up as canceled. Managers are supposed to resolve issues not create more. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A MANAGER.

I try not to write bad reviews but I have to on this particular visit. My husband and I drove around their outside lot to see if they had Pine Bark Nuggets and they did, several skids of them actually. I walked in to see if someone could load as many as our SUV would hold and I was going to wait inside garden shop to see how many I needed to pay for. I asked a young man to load them for us and he rudely said, "We don't have any of those". I said we just drove by and seen them in the parking lot. He continued to argue and say no that's not them. I told him they was all the way in the back. He finally stomped off in that direction and helped someone else first. We finally got our Nuggets but when he came back inside, rudely walked past and didn't tell me or the cashier how many. I had to go find out from my husband how many to pay for.

I am a US Navy Veteran & have always shopped at Home Depot & always received my discount without issue. Yesterday, I ran in quickly to pickup one item while my friend with stage 4 cancer waited in car after MD appt. I get to register in garden dept. & she has already stated she only has 15 min. until she is out of there & can't wait. So as she rings my one bag of cement, I have my veteran IDs out for verification & let her know I am a veteran. She makes a noise, then asks for my phone #, she is behind glass, I tell her & she keeps repeating it wrong, & tells me I'm not in there. I live at Home Depot!!!!! WT... So I give here my old house phone number those are the only two numbers I've had for 22 years and she does the same thing like she can't hear me & finally says it's not in here, your not registered, of course my phone was in the car, she said she couldn't look it up by my name so she says there is nothing I can do you'll just have to pay full price like everyone else.
I swear if I didn't need that cement I'd of walked out & left it where it was. I've never been treated so rudely. As a female veteran to be so disrespected by another female was even more shameful!! I guess it is time to start taking my business back to Lowe's!

Big store. Decent signage but not a lit of clerks around to ask questions. My nearest hardware place.
