Great, friendly sales people through out the whole store. Very helpful with any questions I had. Just an all around great place to shop. I've been going there for years and I always feel right at home!! Thanks Cold Spring's Kohls!!That was my old review and I'm not wanting to cut Kohl's short on anything I said before BUT. I haven't shopped at Kohls for probably about 3 years now. It used to be my go-to place to shop for cloths. I was a great customer meaning I spent a lot of money there and I always paid my account on time. However, it doesn't seem to matter that you're a good customer or not as the interest rate on my charge card jumped up like 20% more like the snap of a finger. If that's the way they do their good customers, I'll have to find another place to go.

Every time I visit this store to shop for anything the whole store is a total disaster!I try my best not to shop here anymorebecause it is always a mess and looks terrible.The clothes are always on the floor or offtheir hangers and in piles or not in their assigned areas and in different departments.The other departments are constantly crowded with items that are not put awayor they are put on dirty shelves or sittingon the sales floor it’s just a joke.I hate shopping here and I wish they would just close this store and put a better storein its place.

Very, very limited number of staff post- COVID. Those there friendly and helpful. Half of the store unsupervised. Stock quite messy, sizes totally mixed up. Fitting rooms all had clothing and hangars. Prices for men's shorts were a bargain.

Was able to match a pair of pants with a suit jacket we had. Had to go to Eastgate for the shirt. The woman that helped us was amazing in finding a store that had the shirt we wanted.

Good grief, it was awful trying to find anything in the store since the Sephora merge. Good luck finding an employee too. Picking up online orders is the more sane way to go. Only shop in store if you have a lot of time to wander around searching out deals.

While I have loved this store, the variety & value they offered, I was very disappointed in today's visit. It appears Sephora has taken over. I found the store, & merchandise offered, to be unorganized & frankly, junky. Ok, I know it takes awhile to get used to a remodel, but the whole of the center store was cordoned off for the upcoming launch of Sephora. Even with all the new construction & homes being built, this is a rural area & I don't think you'll find the demand for the more high-end products.

Overall the style/store was well kept with the exception of the changing rooms. Those rooms were overflowing with disgarded clothes to the point it made changing uncomfortable.Checking out the staff wasa bit overbearing with the credit card offer. (E.G. Do you want a card, what about now, you could have saved $$. Are you really sure) one is enough!I went in and got what I needed, glad they had clothes in stock.
