  Well went for a simple contact lens exam back in April. Easy. June 24th I finally get a bill for $50. No problem. Go online to pay it and it won’t let me as it shows a $0 balance. Call and wait for a rep and they say it “looks odd” and they’ll have to send it for review. What? I’m sorry but if you guys can’t get this simple exam billed correctly how on earth should I trust you with my EYES. Wow. Really disappointed. What a waste of time. Easier places to deal with.
  
  ***Update*** Since I posted this review I had two people from the company call me to resolve the issue. They apologized and said the amount owed has been suppressed. I wanted to say that it’s rare that a company reaches out these days and that it was truly appreciated!

  I’ve been trying to get a new pair of sporty sunglasses for a long time and every eye doctor I went to said I couldn’t. My last hope was going to a place that I’ve never been to and that’s where I met Henry, who’s the General Manager. I advised him what I was looking for and I was shocked when he said, “yeah we can definitely hook you up with what you want.” I was thrilled but still hesitant due to my stigmatism’s that I have in both eyes. When he said they were in I was excited but again hesitant cause I didn’t think they would work. Boy was I wrong! I couldn’t be happier and that number of compliments I’ve received while wearing these has been overwhelming. From this point forward, my eye doctor will be MyEyeDr in Cold Springs, Kentucky. Henry and staff are top notch and leave you seeing better than ever! Thank you so much for everything!!

  From scheduling online, a confirmation from Henry the office manager, to rescheduling once and finally getting our family of 4 into the office-I was thrilled with the care and concern the office had for us as first time patients! Once we were in there I knew it was a special group of people, we enjoyed our doctor’s visits and choices of frames, the costs, etc… all around a great experience! 10/10! They even assisted my son in contacts as a first timer with more patience than I could ever had. We are thrilled to be here now, highly recommend!

  HIGHLY recommend! My husband and I have tried multiple eye dr offices in our area. We felt pressured to buy frames in the store and then would have to deal with the office holding our PD numbers hostage. We both saw Spencer Gabbard and could not have been more pleased with our experiences.

  I recently had a problem with the frames on a pair of prescription sunglasses purchased from MyEyeDr. Even though out of warranty, the manager at the Cold Spring, Kentucky store, Henry, went above and beyond and located another pair of the discontinued frames at another location out of state. I took the broken frames into the store today and they were promptly switched out for the new pair. I’m very happy with this service- it was above and beyond!

  I've used prescription glasses all my life and had some questions about some frame designs. I talked with a representative (Henry) who gave me great insights and recommendations. With his assistance, I made my choices and couldn't be more delighted! My frames were on my nose within the time frame promised. Great company and associate to work with. Highly recommend!
