“Friday morning I walked into Minuteman Press on Beechmont with a last-minute printing need - 600, 4-color, double-sided postcards for an event on Monday.That was around 9:30 am. Corey Goins and I discussed good, better, best possibilities with my order and the next steps. We had to set expectations because I was asking a lot.By noon, my best possibility (getting a portion of the 600 by end of day) was exceeded and they told me my whole order was ready. “10 years ago you only went to Kinkos. It was just Kinkos then. I need prints in short time frames, I want to talk to a person and not a screen, and I appreciate above and beyond customer service. This UPS Store location is more than boxes and shipping. Ever since it became Fedex Kinkos they have continuously downgraded their services. No same day without a fee, send you to a computer to print before a person, no care for detail, and fees upon fees for needing printing. The UPS store and their employees are making up the losses from their competitor. On short turnaround I got the prints I needed for a client presentation and they called me because a page looked off and I was able to make an adjustment the morning of the meeting. First, I highly recommend this location and second, any UPS Store if you care about the outcome and experience. The team went above and beyond and it made a difference in my presentation today.
