“Safe Ship worked with me on three frames (two large-ish, in the 30" realm) with museum glass to NYC - and a relatively tight timeframe (I believe a week is what it was). I didn't see the packing but the receiver said everything was packed great and arrived unscathed the pieces inside weren't jostled and the price was more than fair - way cheaper than your local chain businesses would charge to pack + ship. I would trust them shipping glass framed work in a heartbeat again. My only complaint was they seemed super busy so I never got a tracking number even though I provided the info (not that big a deal since it arrived). I was told I'd be contacted on Saturday by the end of the day with a quote/confirmation and wasn't, had to wait until Monday to call and they told me they'd call me later (they seemed b u s y) and didn't receive a call until Tuesday. But aside from that being a bit of a nervous experience on my end not being sure what was going on, everything was smooth the work got where it had to go and it got there on time and safely! Thank you!!”

“Love my local UPS store in Newport. Yesterday was the first day I was sending anything other than an Amazon return. As usual they were quick and professional and I was pleasantly surprised at the price for shipping. There were probably eight people in front of me but I wasn’t there longer than 10 minutes but the very best part, which I told them as I left, not only are the quick but the are friendly and patient! “If you're not familiar with the area, the drop off is INSIDE the Advance Auto Parts store. Go inside, go up to the counter and let them know what you need (if they haven't already sussed it out from the box you're holding). Someone will scan your package and offer to send you an email confirmation of the drop off. That's how it has worked at every one of these that I've gone to before and is exactly how it worked at this one today (12/29/2023). Just as an aside, IF they don't offer to send you an email receipt, just ask. Robots haven't taken over yet. The employees there are people too. We all have bad days, get busy and forget things, etc. from time to time. Have a little patience and all will be well.”
