I placed an order with Staples on Monday, and it’s now Friday my order is still completely messed up, and I’ve been given nothing but the runaround all week. Every time I’ve tried to follow up, I’ve received vague responses, no clear resolution, and zero accountability.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I trusted Staples for a time-sensitive order. Customer service has been unhelpful, and I’ve wasted time, energy, and money trying to get something that should’ve been right the first time.
I expected better communication and professionalism from a company of this size. Do better.

Worse customer service ever! The girl who does printing that is never in a uniform likes to pick and choose who she helps no matter how long the line. She’d rather look at her phone than do her job. Management also is clueless. And they wonder why they are never busy.

I simply thought that I could mail or return packages via UPS at this location (I've returned items there before and the sign at the desk says UPS/USPS "we mail it all" or something of that nature), and the woman/girl behind the counter was not very polite in attempting to educate me about this, to put it lightly. I am not sure why she was so snarky about it. I was just asking her why the sign said UPS and I showed a return label that I had with UPS on it. Most reviews that I complete are positive, but we are all tired at work and I came here on a lunch break; there is no need to make life more stressful than it already is for people. Be nicer and speak to people kindly, you don't know what THEY are going through.

The girl at the Amazon return desk was a complete nasty person. I would never ever treat someone the way she treated me. Something needs to be done. She needs not give people attitude.

I have never been so disrespected by a store employee, at any store, ever in my entire life. This man was rude and obviously not in a good mood, and he made sure to let everyone know that. If this is what is acceptable as customer service at Staples then I will never step foot in one again. I have never called to complain about an employee, but I could not get over how myself and others were treated. I had to call the store to speak to the manager. Surprisingly, this employee is the manager! I told him how I felt but that was not enough. I called Staples corporate and filed a complaint that was then sent to the president’s office. The name of this “manager” is Kyle and he fits the description of the rude employee that has been mentioned in a previous review. I have also heard from others how condescending and rude he has been towards them while also being in the store as he was “helping” them. If you are unhappy with your job so much you have to make everyone miserable around you, you should quit your job. This man needs anger management of some sort. I don’t believe he should have a job at all- especially not in customer service! Absolutely shameful and embarrassing to have Staples be represented by this so called manager.
