Biggest waste of time and money ever. Went in for an ear cleaning. Receptionist/nurse tried to push a vax on me then the doctor looked in my ear and said I didn’t need them cleaned. Charged me $104. They should change the name to “the little scam.” Great way to kill your brand.

If I could do zero stars I would. What a terrible experience. If you can avoid this place do so. My son was seen here was supposed to have scrip called in. That never got done for two days have tried to get call back nothing. They obviously don’t care about patients.

I go there for an appt with my baby and turns out they don't even take his insurance which it said they did. Then when I offered to just pay outta pocket I'm told we can't because his insurance is already on file as the one they can't take. That makes no sense to me at all
