Had my car towed in to Tire Discounters on Saturday evening and it was completely fixed on Monday. They contacted me right away and told me the issue and the costs. By 3:00 they had it fixed. This was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop. They will definitely be doing all my future mechanic work. Great job!

I visited Tire Discounters in Cold Spring on Oct 22, 2024. I needed a new tire on my Honda Fit and was riding on the spare. After the tire was installed, your tech put the spare back in its compartment and everything in the hatch was nice and clean. I expected the spare to simply be thrown in the back and I would have taken care of it when I got home-which would have been fine.
I felt your tech went above and beyond in taking care of me. I wish I knew his name, but THANK YOU!

Winning the entire discounter with a problem seem like I wouldn’t get any gas kind of find out. I left the car there they looked at it. It was a mass air filter sensor. They cleaned it called me up Mr. Johnson cause ready no charge they will get my service all the time, Jason and the other manager Jerome were great

I just wanted to say thank you to Matt the mechanic and to this location of tire discounters for probably saving me over $1,300 that if I went to the dealership would have charged me instead. I went to tire discounters to get a second opinion come to find out it was a plate that had rusted and had dropped down and was rubbing against my brakes and tire. It was a simple fix. Tire discounters did not charge me at all and I just wanted to say thank you very much to the mechanics that looked at it.
