“It was refreshing to find this location open for once during business hours and to find someone knowledgeable and friendly named Lindsey working the front desk to help me. The last time I was here, Malachi couldn’t even send me an email to set up my online portal for payments and just said I should get an email once a storage unit was transferred to my name. I never received the email nor did I receive a phone call back when I alerted this location I had not received it. Lindsey handled these issues in a quick 15 minute visit. Very pleased”

“I'm not going to lie at first I was super sketchy because I know that this used to be a little dangerous neighborhood. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised as the neighborhood store had been redone and the people that work there were polite. The U-Haul equipment was clean and they were efficient overall it was a great experience. I paid $110 and was refunded $38.”
“I lucked out that the truck I got was brand new and just had a little over 1000 miles on it! The clerk was so friendly and helpful to make sure I knew all the features of the truck and felt comfortable before driving. He advised me to take pics of the dashboard before I left, to keep accurate record of mileage and gas. Also I was happy to participate in the vehicle distribution program and receive the compensation/perks from that.”

“Recently rented a van and it was great experience -excellent service and support-I had a very modern van with backing up cameras, air cond. etc. Person there was friendly and helped me with choices and options. This is the second great experience in the past year. The email and sign up was easy -you can use your phone to upload license etc. which makes check out very simple.”
