My daughter and I were having a crummy day and decided to get our nails done. I knew without an appointment this might be a fruitless mission but we headed out anyway. We picked Vivid on a whim! When we walked in we were greeted, talked about what we wanted, and expectations were set. My daughter (5) had a great time and I'm thrilled with my fill in. I can't wait to set my next appointment.
There are so many salons in the area that treat you like garbage, stare at you when you walk in, and make you wait instead of letting you know what the wait will be. Vivid is NOT that place. I'm grateful we were able to walk-in but would highly recommend having an appointment!

Waited over an hour and watched staff take three customers that arrived after myself and my daughter. Wish I could give zero stars! Will never be back to this salon.

Amy... is AMAZING! She is such a HARD worker even outside of her talent of her shop...Shes down to earth an puts her blunt force opinion out in the world with so much class. I respect the hell outta her. She has made my daughter along with myself feel beautiful. For my daugher tho, I respect you so much Amy

First-time at Vivid Nails today. Love my pedicure and Amy too! She is so super friendly it feels like she's a friend. She did my mother's SNS and helped her fix her toenail. Highly recommend! What a hard worker!

Any does great work I've been going to her for sixteen years now I do believe and I have never been disappointed with any of the work she has ever done for me and my nails always look great and I get the acrylic because I'm a nail biter
