However, some guests experienced billing issues, with charges not being processed correctly and lack of communication from staff about these problems. Additionally, there was a concern about ants in one room, with dead ants on window seals and live ants crawling on a guest. One guest mentioned that the soap’s sandalwood fragrance caused skin irritation, leading to the purchase of alternative soap.
