I am a disabled woman in her middle 60’s and from out of state and needed a oil and filter change ASAP and at the time they didn’t know how important it was for me to have it done until they got me in! They were all so friendly and helpful and waisted no time to provide me service. My last oil change was in Louisiana and after that I drove from Louisiana to Lancaster PA to Pittsburgh PA through the state of WV to Southern VA and then to Corbin KY. “Hi, my name is steve smith and I had a very pleasant experience here, three weeks ago I was stuck with eight thousand dollars worth of motors.I ordered from am used auto parts lithia, florida beware. They stated the motors had fifty seven k on one motor and the other one twenty nine k that they were rear end collisions, and when the motors arrived at our facility in charlotte, one had a vehicle identification.tag on it one hundred and eighty one thousand and then the other one a hundred and fifty thousand. Wrap real tight in plastic, so you couldn't view the motors. And i'm stuck with those motors that are sitting here at my shop and I refuse to put them in, so I have hired an attorney to go after these crooks. I made a purchase here last week of $5000 for a new motor and everything turned out to be awesome and great experience. Very knowledgeable people here. And I will continue now to do business here. Absolutely.The best honest facility, that I could find . There's so many places out there.That will con you into their game and suck you in with their smooth talk.This is not one of them places sincerely steven smith.”
