They have a great selection for everyone and the prices were pretty normal! We even found a lot of under armor on sale for the kids. I cant wait to go back!

The store has been a staple of the community for a long time & we are lucky it’s still here. This department store has the absolute best deals in the area for clothing & accessories. I love shopping here! Also, the staff are all very sweet & knowledgeable about products. My only gripe is that I would like to see the shoe dept have a FT register open. Often times the staff are overwhelmed by customers and need more help!

The store is clean and well maintained. The employees seem nice, but the "sales" is what to be aware of.
I don't like the system they have.
You will see lots of promotions that lure you to the items on sale. Than you will notice that some are discounted by a color chart. You match the color to the color on the tag and see the percentage you save.
Than you may be able to use a digital, online coupon to save more.
While all this looks appealing be prepared for your long check out process.
The cashier has to take on the responsibility of fixing errors and removing all the security tags. Also apply any coupons and see if they work on all the items. Than before final ring up occurs they will also encourage you to save more money by applying for their Belks credit card. More longer waiting involved.
It's a poor system when checking out.

Had very little selection in young boys clothes and shoes. The store was very crowded and only one register was available to check people out.

Although I love to check out the sales, I have been embarrassed after taking company into the store. The carpet looks like it has been completely neglected. Stains and garbage on the floors, does anyone vacuum or run a carpet cleaner? Also, everything is crammed in overload! It seems as if some corporate pencil pusher is trying to make their own numbers look good by sending mass amounts of stock at a much higher MSRP. Then they still can't sell it at 30% 40% 50% off and it goes to the way too much still left areas that you can barely squeeze through and the clothing is so overcrowded that you can't slide clothes back to look at them. And what happened to organizing by size?? You all at corporate need to let the store manager order as they know better what the area will buy.
