Customer service Ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. First lady had the link for me to download the app so I could see sale prices with coupons for immediate price checks.

I just love belks. They have clothes for kids and babies and older people so it's quite a variety. Plus they have. All the best perfumes and a very good salon in the back that I give five stars too. They fix my hair when I thought it couldn't be fixed. I recommend them highly as well. Five stars to the both of them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's ok. Kinda hard to get through with a cart. Hard to figure out the prices. Signs everywhere but confusing.

They have a great selection for everyone and the prices were pretty normal! We even found a lot of under armor on sale for the kids. I cant wait to go back!

The store has been a staple of the community for a long time & we are lucky it’s still here. This department store has the absolute best deals in the area for clothing & accessories. I love shopping here! Also, the staff are all very sweet & knowledgeable about products. My only gripe is that I would like to see the shoe dept have a FT register open. Often times the staff are overwhelmed by customers and need more help!

A nice variety of quality clothing, shoes and fragrances for men & women. Always great sale prices. Convenient, easy access, located in a shopping center. Staff can be a little hard to fund if you need assistance, but once I found someone to help with what I needed. They were very nice and willing to assist me
