My husband and I were on our way to Tennessee for a short weekend getaway. We decided to get off the highway for something to drink and cigarettes in Corbin, KY. As soon as we got off the highway our truck starting spitting and sputtering with dash lights coming on. We had no issues up to this point while driving! It literally happened out of the blue. We had no idea what to do! I searched auto shops near us and we found these guys! They were within a mile so we knew we could get our truck there! The big question was…. Can they help us!?! We make our way to their shop, my husband goes in and tells them our issue. They say “let us finish this car and we will take a look”. Within 30 minutes they had our truck in the garage diagnosing it! They got the part delivered and had us back on the road within 2.5 hours! That is GREAT customer service!! These men dropped what they were doing to get us back on the road! This is a father and his 2 sons that run this shop! They are amazing men with a heart of gold! We appreciate everything they did for us! Hopefully we don’t run into this issue again but if for some reason we do, and we are in that area, these will be the guys we go see!! Very very happy customers here! Thanks guys!

We were caught in an unforeseen mediocre crisis on our first road trip with our new-to-us class C RV when we had a flat tire on the freeway well out of state with our three young kids in the 90 degree plus heat. We called ERS and several auto shops without luck or availability same day. We carefully pulled off the freeway and stumbled upon Bryant's. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help us out right away despite obviously working on several other jobs. They did thoughtful problem solving on the spot and found us two new tires (of equal age and thread) so we could use the one we had on the same side as a spare. They were able to get us all set and back on the road feeling comfortable in a very short amount of time without charging us outlandish labor fees (which they could have). We would absolutely recommend this wonderful business for your auto needs!

Fixed several issues with our ram 3500. They kept us in the loop at all steps in fixing the truck. They have our business. Finally a mechanic shop in the area that does what they say they will do. Thank you.

This is definitely a local shop who goes above and beyond with customer service and quality auto repair. We had to have a horn repaired on my son's car - they cleaned up several areas in the engine and replaced the battery all the same visit. Let us know step by step what was going on and they were very courteous! We will be back for all repair needs.

On the way to Michigan from FL at the end of March, we stopped in Corbin, KY and discovered leaking antifreeze. Took it in to Bryant’s on a Monday morning; they determined it was a leaking radiator. Got one delivered on Tuesday afternoon and had me fixed on Wednesday. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way for me knowing I was a stranded traveler. And the price was more than fair for the work they did. Thank You Jessie and Crew!

I broke down in Corbin , Ky on the way to Michigan after a costco tire tec didn't tighten my lugnuts two days before my trip. Two lugnuts and two studs gone. I was stuck in a town where I knew no one. After a lot of calls Bryant repair squeezed me in and got the work done at a reasonable price. They were friendly and reasonable and I am especially grateful because they knew this wasn't a repeat customer situation. I thank them and urge people to use this business. Costco by the way had been very poor in handling the situation they put me in.Service: General repairs & maintenance
