Whoever that guy is working this evening and typically on evening shifts, he is straight up rude, unfriendly, and should not be working in public service. I love coming here for the convenience but based on this interaction, I will straight up turn around if I see him in there.

Waited 15 mins for the manager to come up to the front of the store because I needed to exchange an item I purchased from another store the day before *that I had the receipt for* She then tells me that I have to go back to the other store to do so because she has inventory coming up. I end up driving 30 mins back to the other store to exchange a charging block and they tell me that I was able to do so at that store and did not have to return to the store I purchased it from. Thanks Alex! Besides that experience, I generally like the other workers and store itself

The last few months this store has really went downhill. They open and close the store whenever they fill like it. I use to enjoy going here, the atmosphere was friendly and employees were helpful. Now you are treated like a problem if you don’t use self checkout.It’s definitely lacking in the management area, whomever owns this store has really let it go to hell.

The store itself is always great! However there is one worker that makes me want to not visit this store again. You can never find her to check you out, it's always a 5-10 min wait for that. When she finally does come she acts like your a major inconvinece & is the rudest person. She doesn't speak a word. Doesn't even tell you your total, you either have to ask her or look to find out yourself. The first couple times I just thought she was having a bad day so I overlooked it, but I now know that's just her personality. Which is fine but she shouldn't be working customer service with such a piss poor attitude.

Went here to get a few things and there was a sign on the door said we are closed due to short staff but there was a girl sitting in front of the store, inside the store, sitting in a chair eating a sandwich. Lol

This dollar store is the most crusty dollar store ive ever been to. It belongs to the crackheads at this point ive been going for years im like probably your biggest customer i have never been treated with such disrespect as i was today. I took something from a table.. No one said anything And they made a post of me i know it was directed to me it literally pointed me out and embarrassed me i felt so embarrassed walkin around this store knowing that post was about me next time you could try telling me at the register if i cant take it or have it smh. Also if u dont take the sign down i will honestly turn into godzilla and be full of rage. Ty.

I went there on the morning of June 5th and every one there was extremely rude and dismissive of my presence. It’s as if they had animosity towards me. And there was an open potato chip bag on one of the selfs.
