These guys were super fantastic! Broke down out of state and went here on a recommendation from a tow driver. They were able to diagnose my car the same day and allowed me to make a decision. I was under the impression that they would be able to fix my car- this was a possible misunderstanding, but was given every indication they could and would do the job. I called the next day and was told they would not be able to do it because they didn’t have the time, but could do a more expensive job for me if I chose to go that route.
I was quite peeved at the yes then no communication, but would definitely recommend these guys!

My mother was traveling and had a incident on the highway where her heat shield broke off and was dragging. Not being from the area, I was able to call around to the next exit and found this great shop that was very compassionate on the phone and said they would do whatever they could to get it fixed and to get her back on the road. My mother was able to make it to their shop and they had her back on the road within an hour. Honest and caring staff that didn’t try to rip her off. She called me back afterwards praising how well they treated her. It was a relief to me since I was 4 hours away and unable to help her. This shop is great!!

This is what I would describe as a hidden Gem.
Located just off busy road with small signage. Owned and operated by a local family. On my visit the shop was busy, but the turn around was faster than I expected for my minor repairs.
This is definitely on my short list and closer to the top of the list for auto mechanics in the area from now on.

I was in Corbin for a birth of a grandchild and my truck broke down. On Monday morning I called them a little after 8. I took my truck there and they diagnosed it, gave me a fair price, a ride back to my hotel room so I wouldn't have to wait there, came back and got me when the repair was finished and all this happened in under 3 hours. while traveling this past weekend our alternator went out on our van, the locals all referred us to them, they got us in right when we got there, alternator was there in 15 mins, super fast service, the staff was wonderful, price was cheaper than what I thought it would be, totally stop by there and see these nice folks

Excellent customer experience this past Saturday! We were traveling on 75 and had an alternator going out. We were over two hours from home and three hours from our destination. Dr. P (John, Crystal, and crew) was technically closed for construction, but still answered the phone. After hearing our situation, they offered to look at our vehicle. They worked on our van as if they were open for normal business hours. We were quickly back on the road. Their customer service and kindness turned what could have been a difficult situation into nothing more than an unexpected stop. Thank you!!!

BEWARE. This AAA provider was sub-par. We had an exhaust pipe/ flange put on our truck and an hour after picking in up the replacement part fell off. When I called to ask about the matter I was told there was nothing they could do because it was a welding issue. Told me to take it somewhere else to have it repaired. Did not even offer a refund on parts

Poor experience. Was recommended by another local business. Was told the truck was fixed and after picking up the truck it stalled within one mile of going down the road. Returned the truck and tech refused to work on it anymore. Charged $153.00 to change a fuel filter I’d just changed. Would not recommend unless you want to waste your time and money
