My truck broke down while traveling out of state through the Corbin area. The Don Franklin Toyota service department was patient and easy do deal with even though I did not have my truck fixed. I ended up trading my broken vehicle due to a very fair trade value from the sales department. Cody and Dave were amazing to work with making the process super easy even though it was primarily over text messages and phone calls from another state. I’m just bummed I don’t live in the Corbin area to continue to give Don Franklin Toyota my business.

Always receive great service here. If I'm bringing my vehicle in for service or if I'm ready to trade, I'm always greeted by a friendly face. I've purchased 2 vehicles from the same salesman, Derrick Young, and have had smooth, easy transactions both times.

My best experience ever in purchasing a new vehicle. The entire deal with my trade-in was coordinate over the phone and only took minutes to complete when I arrived. Everyone was honest, up-front, fair and extremely friendly through the entire process. My salesman, Stuart, was knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive in every aspect of the transaction. I highly recommend this dealership.

Find a Toyota dealer that doesn't have a nonrefundable deposit policy.Summer 2023. I was looking for a Tacoma which is impossible to find and called Don Franklin Toyota, Corbin, KY. Initial call resulted in NO call back from sales, so I called back and got Stuart Robinson (I have NO problem with him) who told me the used trucks I called about weren't available (though they were on their website). He did however say a new Tacoma was coming in. Since I had called up to 15 other Toyota dealers within 200 miles of Nashville, TN and no new trucks were available, I agreed to a "nonrefundable" deposit. Absolutely ridiculous since the dealership KNOWS they will sell EVERY truck they receive and they had ZERO money invested in the sale.I'm in the process of buying from another Toyota dealership that went over and above to find a 6 foot bed Tacoma and has asked for NO MONEY to reserve the truck in my name.Don't waste your time on dealers who think they own all the cards. This probably applies to the whole Don Franklin "family" of car dealerships.

Simple oil change, arrived home with rattling noise under engine, service person capped off bots holding skid plate luckily didn’t fell off on the interstate. Never going back to this place, ever.

When I first wanted a Tacoma I saw the Lunar Rock. I live on the Mississippi coast and had looked for months. I was willing to compromise and searched for months in several states and became willing to settle after a lot of work. I searched here in Kentucky while visiting my parents and saw they had one scheduled for arrival at Don Franklin just as I wanted. After so much experience of feeling disappointed because they never show up at other dealers I texted them and expected to hear it would be stuck somewhere. The next day, I got a phone call it came off a truck! I went down that morning and the rare vehicle was there!! I can't tell you how excited I was, Stuart Robinson made the good happen while I sat outside and had a cigarette. It was the most family feeling and relaxing car buying experience I have ever had. I never do reviews of anything but this is the most I could hope for. Mr. Robinson and Don Franklin, it was a pleasure, and I hope to do business with you again. Couldn't ask for more, thank you kindly. I am completely satisfied and will always talk highly of my experience.

Received my car back from service with check engine light on after an oil change and new battery installed. They wanted over a $100 to check, something that Checker Auto does for free and they did. Apparently when the battery is changed it causes the light to come on. I felt like the guy was trying to rip me off. Not ever going back.

Having moved from another state with an excellent Toyota dealership and service I found it odd that all this dealership wanted to do was oil changes, none of the more comprehensive services that are recommended at certain mileage intervals. When I questioned them about it, they said "we can do it if you want". Many times I've called to get an appointment and been told none is available for a week, yet when I've gone for my appointment there have been very few people waiting. Just checked into service at Fox Toyota and was told (which I suspected) of all the different services that I'm delinquent on. Sorry Gambrel / Don Franklin, you've lost a customer.

Markups over $2,800 on vehicles. Non-negotiable sales manager. He spoke merely a few words my direction. Any dealer marking up their inventory then claiming it's due to inventory shortages is all a scam. Don't fall for this place or any others that conducts themselves as this. They need our business so don't be foolish & giveaway to this nonsense.

Drove over an hour to this dealership only to be surprised by a $2,000 markup on all vehicles. I spent barely 10 mins in the building. No negotiation on the markup. However, they sure didn't mind low balling the appraisal on my trade-in. I've tried multiple times contacting them afterwards. Completely ignored! Don't waste your money nor time here. You deserve better than what they can offer you there.

Steer clear of this dealership unless you really like to give away your money for nothing in return. A $2,000 markup on all their vehicles with little to zero negotiation on that irrelevant markup. Sales manager was short, non-welcoming & clearly didn't appreciate us as the customer & devalued our trade-inat such a humurous number & yet remained firm on his markup of their vehicles. Go to a place that sells MSRP & knows how to treat a valued customer & their business.
