I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. Upon arriving at the store, a male employee was slamming carts into the double doors in the back to slam through them instead of opening them in a more professional, less startling manner. He did this a few times while we were there, startling everyone in the building.
At checkout, I politely questioned the pricing and labeling of an item, and the clerk called the manager as I requested. Unfortunately, both the clerk and manager were extremely rude and dismissive. It's frustrating considering the items are donated—yet they acted as though the cost came out of their own pockets.
As someone who uses a wheelchair, I expected a more respectful and inclusive environment, especially from an organization that promotes hiring people with disabilities. Instead, I was treated with clear disregard, which was disheartening. It felt like they were more interested in making my visit unpleasant than in offering any help or understanding.
I regret not getting the manager’s name, as I plan to report this to corporate. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially in a place meant to serve the community.

This Goodwill is organized, clean, and has the friendliest staff. Great bargains on second hand goods, cloths, toys, household items, and other miscellaneous things.

I shopped at this Goodwill on the 16th of November. I purchased several dresses including one with a belt. I live 6 hours away so when I got home and realized the dress was missing the belt I called. I attempted to make arrangements for my daughter to pick it up. I was told that my daughter could pick it up but when she did the belt was nowhere to be found. I'm disappointed in the communication skills between the employees. I cannot wear the dress without the belt.

Goodwill is now Greedwill. Everything has gone up in price for most items. Almost no point thrifting at Goodwill anymore.

Employees state you can exchange clothes if tags are left on but when I tried to return an item I was told no due to no receipt. Went home, found receipt and it had only been 1 week since date of purchase, made another trip to exchange but again denied. All I wanted was to exchange a jumper from the dress rack for something else on the same rack that fit due to needing dress code appropriate work clothes.
