I was in town from Tennessee visiting my mom in Pineville .My front left side was making noises as if brakes , bearings , or some sort of front end repair was needed .Found JBs and called , He was able to get me in right away .The diagnosis??A piece of plastic was stuck around that area so he had to cut it out and sent me on my way at no charge !!That’s real and that’s good business!! Also, fteindly and Just felt like genuine & good people!!This shop could have ( as some do ) diagnosed as Bearings,brakes or more and I wouldn’t have known either way and had to get it repaired!!I wish there were more shops in this country who want to do people right & fair !Blessing and Thanks to JBs and if you ever find yourself needing repairs in the area … Go to JBs I’m quite sure he will do you right , tell you right and at a fair price !!

Boyfriend & I started to have problems on a trip, looked up mechanics & liked the reviews so stopped here. They took us immediately. Truly such friendly people, wonderful prices, quick service. Could not recommend this place enough. If they had a place in cincinnati I would 100% take my car every time.

I was traveling from Knoxville, TN to Columbus, OH on I75. I pulled off on Corbin with a car problem and Googled auto repair near me. Jerry gave me excellent directions, thoroughly checked out my concerns, test drove it and I got back on the road with peace of mind. These were the kindest professional people that I've met and believe that the word should go out that you can trust their work and honest prices. Great people, great work!

I talked to a man that works at the shop. He told me he could take a look at our truck if we got it towed to the shop. We call 2 days later to confirm we’re bringing the truck and all the employees act like the conversation never happened. The woman at the front desk was rude and didn’t even try to help figure it out. She just acted like I was crazy. So for anyone trying to go here just make sure you talk to them 200 times so they remember you!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were traveling through the mountains of Kentucky in a Sunday night when the car began stalling on I 75. We limped into Corbin, Kentucky. An auto parts parts store was able to pull codes and tell us what we needed. O’Reilly auto parts got parts on order that night for the next day. We called several auto shops to see who could install them for us. JB’s was busy, but they said, “We’ll find a way to fit you in.” As soon as we showed up with the parts, they started working on it, and had us back on the road in an hour. The price was fair.
