Received poor customer service from clerk behind check-out. My item was half price on the store's website but the clerk said it was "probably" an online offer. I showed her that it wasn't. She didn't offer to check with the manager...just said she hadn't heard of it being on sale.

Do not order online. I ordered over 50.00 to get free shipping. They canceled one item after they said it was in stock. Mailed it In 2 packages so of course I'm charged extra. I never will order again.

Helpful customer service. Good selection. I was trying to make a busy toy for my grandson in the car and I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, but the staff was able to help me. It turned out great.

The employee Caitlin was not educated in her job in no way! The fabric wasn't labeled correctly. Not one bolt, and we checked several. The store isn't organized at all. The inventory was absolutely wrong!!

Took my wife to Joann Fabric to purchase material for matching Christmas PJs. Was in line to have fabric cut and was behind an off the clock store employee and a young girl with her NOT wearing a mask. Another employee walks up to the counter with her back to us and the three began a negative conversation about a fellow employee. The person cutting the material suddenly grabs up the material, cut and uncut and instructs the other employee to help us. She barely spoke to us at all and offered no help to my wife trying to figure out yardage. Once finished we went to pay. The other person was on register and was rude and unhelpful and when my wife said thank you, she didn't even acknowledge her but looked off in the distance. This little store is the Pits! only two visible employees. We will never return and I also placed a call to corporate with the safety concern and lack of service.

Manger was very rude! The way she talks to her customers and her staff! she don't even won't her staff wearing gloves or mask!! I was very upset and won't be back. Her name Jennifer Sexton!! Corbin ky
