I would personally like to thank Christian, Kris, and the rest of the team for their help this past week. We were traveling and blew a tire. They got us right in, gave us options, and ultimately recommended the thing most likely to keep us safe and get us home (leave the spare on). We were sorry they had to work on the weekend but so thankful they were there to help us.

Kris was amazing šš¾šš¾šš¾ I was on my way to Cincinnati, Ohio and I caught A flat tire. Kris quickly had my car serviced and I was back on the road. I made it safely to my destination. I got a nail in my tire on my way to a loved oneās funeral, driving up there from Knoxville. These folks worked me in despite being overscheduled and they were so gracious to me the entire time. They patched up the tire and it has worked perfect ever since. Canāt thank them enough.

My name is George and we had our truck at this business a few times and every time we take it there, Chris and the rest of the crew are amazing. They make sure to fix our problem correctly and fast. These guys are the only auto shop we will ever use. A++++++++++++.

Came in with low tire pressure and a potential tire valve issue. They did a quick inspection, filled our tires, and sent us on our way! We were grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Honestly so disappointed in the whole experience. I needed an oil change and I needed it ASAP, nowhere else could get me in so I found this place and at the time the reviews didnāt seem that bad as far as the services they provide goes. They were able to get me in that day and the price didnāt seem too terrible so I did it. As far as first impressions go they definitely could have been a bit more welcoming but honestly I get it, I donāt know anything about cars and Iām sure that can be an annoyance to deal with sometimes, so I didnāt even think twice about it. It only took about an hour which was great cause I had to work so I pay, get my keys, and go get my car, I IMMEDIATELY notice they didnāt reset my light and stuff like other places had in the past which was annoying but oh well once again I didnāt say anything about it I just got my boyfriend to do it for me. I figured maybe it wasnāt apart of their oil change package or whatever. Fast forward a little over a month and turns out they DEFINITELY did NOT change my oil and if that is what they call changing oil then DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR AN OIL CHANGE. If I hadnāt caught it and taken it somewhere else when I did their mistake would have costed me A LOT OF MONEY. The oil filter looked so old like it hadnāt ever been changed, the oil in my car was OLD. VERY VERY OLD. Iām talking black and thick and WAY older than a month. I still tried my best to blame the car or myself I thought maybe there was something wrong with my car causing it to do that to the oil? NOPE. There is nothing wrong with my car (other than it almost blowing up from needing an oil change that I thought I had received and had paid like $80 for a month prior.) ever sense I ACTUALLY got my oil changed my car has been fine, sounds fine, drives amazing, no lights regarding oil have come back on. And even the people that changed my oil confirmed that it appeared my car had gone a long long time without an oil change. In other words I would LOVE to know what in the world I got charged for because as far as I can tell all they did was stare at my car for an hour.

We just left TireDiscounters and we had such an amazing experience. We are driving from Western New York to Atlanta, Georgia to go to a funeral and we ended up needing a new tire at 3:30pm! Kris came right out to look at our truck. He got us right in and we were back on the road in an hour. He was so kind and friendly as was his staff. Would highly recommend!!

Consistently affordable and reliable, with excellent customer service. Fixed a problem on a headlight that came up a few months after I originally had it serviced at no extra cost. Hard to find that! I highly recommend.
