The store is open 7am to 11pm but the fuel.center closes at 10pm. These hours are incorrect the pumps shut off at 10:15pm

Repeatedly told Cashier $25 he charged my card $75 then refunded it said I’d get it in 72 hours five days later I have still Not received my money. Went to the customer service desk nobody would help me. Called customer service they told me to call my card there was nothing they could do. My card Company told me Kroger‘s had a hold on my card and they would have to release it so there’s nothing they could do. At the end of the day, what it boils down to is, Kroger is not taking responsibility for their competent worker and put me through a lot of inconvenience. They can be assured that if I do ever shop Kroger’s again, I will never use a card for any purchases. Do better Krogers! Very unsatisfied and very disappointed.
