The customer service desk is never open when I come in no matter what time of day. Workers will just look at me knowing I’m waiting at the service desk and ignore me.

Smaller than the Kroger that I usually frequent. It seems unorganized to me . Some of the items I needed were not found/not stocked. Nice deli. Checkout area was congested.

I am elderly and have acute COPD, therefore can't walk much distance. Went today and drove around for near 30 minutes. Finally found parking spot. Lot was full, even those across the lower end of lot. Finally walked to the store and found two electric ride on carts. BOTH were totally dead. Went out into lot and found another cart quite a distance away but guy gathering carts avoided it totally. I couldn't walk that far, so I left and drove to another store where I didn't have so far to walk. They have the most atrocious parling lots I've ever seen.

Everyone saying the store is too small. I agree. The store building was once another grocery store called Food-City between the years 1999-2002. Kroger purchased the building in early 2002. The building isn't big enough for Kroger and everything is elbow to elbow. Plus, some of the employees, especially at self-checkout are very, very rude.

This is the worst Kroger ive ever been in. The store is small, No real meat counter, small seafood choices and overall a feeling of being crowded an the worst part is the parking is horrible. People of Corbin deserve better.
