Absolutely insane that there’s no way to call a specific branch location without physically driving to one, only an “automated system” that works about as well as government bureaucracy. If the tellers can’t handle a phone, find better tellers!

Horrible customer service. Some tellers in person are nice, but customer service is not empathetic or accommodating whatsoever. They only want to blame their website/mobile issues on other companies/food places and will not accept responsibility or offer fixes for issues. Seriously considering switching banks.

While I was being helped by a friendly bank teller at north Corbin branch, the teller next to mine very loudly asking customer for membership number and SS#; the customer was elderly lady. Let me just highlight that confidential info were overheard by others with no to concern to the bank teller (I seen her at south branch so I guess she is floating help). That shouldn't be tolerated. This branch has all my love but one bad apple can ruin everything.

Never had an issue with L&N in my life and I’ve had them for about 6-7 years now. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my banking needs ❤️

Couldent use my card at hardees they said its a prob on L&Ns end...i came to get money out of the atm at L&N and there machine was not working...what the heck...need to fix now

I’ve been a member with LNFCU since 1997. They are always very nice! Elaine was super friendly. I wish the ATM wasn’t in the back of the building. It’s dark and sketchy at night. ?

On the other side of town in Corbin ky they still haven't fixed the ATM machine I still can't use my Atm only card I can my chip card but not my atm only card... This needs to be fixed I went across street and used hometown banks ATM and had to pay to use my card...L&N fix your machine out of respect for your customers it bad when I can't use your card at your on bank but it works great at another bank
