Oof. Some of us work for a living.... Recently relocated and wanted to move my online banking. Online, I figured I'd do the application online... Went through the process, did the funds transfer via Plaid and... Nothing. No email, no confirmation outside of my old bank confirming the request to transfer funds. So, I reached out to online support (again, I work business hours) and I get a response to access a secure portal, set my password and select the message, which tells me I have to call in. Okie dokie. I call in and am told she can't provide any info and I have to go into a branch. Nah. Not the way to start things off. I'll keep banking elsewhere.

Thieves. I came here to cash a check from one of their members. Potentially open an account for myself while I was there.
However, this bank charges non customers $10 for cashing a check from their institution.
I would understand if it wasn't one of their checks.
But it is an L and N Federal Credit Union check.
This is robbery. And unacceptable.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They have helped me many times from being hacked, lost card, blocked card. Have been a member for over 60 years. Never leaving this place.
