Mr Terry wooton the financial manager was so friendly and nice and the sales staff were awesome all the way down to the detail staff that ran the car through there shop while I was finishing paperwork were super friendly and nice everyone stayed for a half hour after the office was closed to ensure I understood the process and all the buttons on my new vehicle I am a first time new car buyer and I looked for months at many dealerships being as I worked for legacy way back in 2015 when it was known as Falls Ford Lincoln Mercury I was a bit partial and bias to buying from this lot thanks again.Co buyer,Jeffrey hill

So let me start off my saying that the rep in the service area was great? But the mechanics that charge $120 a hour doesn't know there butt from a hole in the ground.I won't tell you the first bad experience...Second time they was going to charge me $540 for two parts and 3 hours of labor.I took the truck to my normal mechanic and he fixed the problem in 10 minutes, for $40. It was a simple bushing.. it wasn't even the parts they was going to replace...Save your money and go elsewhere.

Everyone truly cared about us as we were stranded 120 miles from home. Answered the phone, returned calls, went above and beyond. Arranged a loaner car and stayed 30 minutes past closing for us/tow truck to get there

Steve was very friendly, he maintained communication well during the whole process, from delivery dates of the vehicle to loan information and required documentation! I was pleased with the service and the kindness of the entire team!

Took 2022 Chevy Silverado for scheduled oil change & was told it would take 1 hour & 15mins. I asked after 30 minutes past that time how much longer & told 30 more minutes. After that I spoke to service manager & told nothing he could do about it & it probably was parked outside on lot. Finally after 3hours & 15 minutes it was finished. Never again will I visit that dealership. Horrible experience!

I didn't actually purchase from them but the services department really helped me out (from Michigan) from a tight spot! I desperately needed a part that has been on backorder for months...they had it in stock and sold to me and was at my house by the next day, all at a fair price ....I can't tell you how much that saved me! These are good, honest people doing good, honest business

This place is a joke. I had a flat tire in front of their door and nobody offered to change my tire. I would’ve gladly paid them. Almost bought a vehicle from them about 3 years ago, now that I know what they’re like, I’ll continue to go to Legacy Nissan in London. All is well though, I called AAA and they be got me on the road to Legacy Nissan in London where they worked me in and got everything taken care of. At least there are some gentlemen left, but not at Legacy Chevrolet in Corbin. ???

We were on vacation, 500 miles from home. Check engine light came on. Truck needed a new DEF tank. They were able to fit us in and get it fixed right away. The service department staff was great to work with!

My whole experience was great. When I called to inquire about a truck, the person knew I was traveling a few hours away and even called to check on me during the trip in and also on the way home. This is outstanding. The salesman I had (Darin) went above and beyond to help me and still after the sale makes me feel like a true friend. Outstanding dealership with outstanding people.

Outstanding customer service! I had been in the car buying business for quiet sometime, never found a sales person that really “got me” and understanding that I was only trying to find what I liked and would purchase once I found something I truly wanted. From the first visit to the lot as a “drive by” Ben Stuber was nothing short of amazing. He listed for what I wanted, showed me different options, and understood my price range. I visited a few more times, wasted his time test driving numerous vehicles because I was so indecisive, and he didn’t mind. He always treated me as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. After watching the website week after week, I found an SUV that had everything I wanted, reached out to Ben and due to him being out of the office, directed me to someone just as great as he was. Mr. Steven Hughes. I test drove the vehicle, once again never pressured. Left to eat and think on it. Came back, and left in the vehicle that had EVERYTHING I wanted. The whole sales experience was nothing short of fantastic. From sales, to finance, to each employee who stopped by to say hey and give their congratulation. 10/10 would recommend Legacy Chevy for ALL of your car needs used or new!! Thanks again everyone!

Shane and Ernie were very knowledgeable and took great care of me. They were both very helpful and saved me money on a tow by reminding me my vehicle was covered under the GM warranty. Although, my first visit ended with a faulty part, they were great to get me back in and get my vehicle in proper repair.
