“Zachary Davidsons office has A1 service!! I just recently moved close to this area from out of state to enjoy my retirement in the mountains. I stopped in the office without an appointment and a young lady Ms Jenny was working that day, very busy, short handed of all days then I come in needing help with a situation from a different allstate office from a different state. Ms.Jenny definitely a multi-tasking worker. Without going into detail on here I told her the situation that 2 other agents and 2 other people from corporate office I spoke to could not figure how to fix the problem and they all tried for 3 weeks to figure it out with no resolution.
Just wanted to say kudos to Ms. Jenny how awesome she is!! She worked on it in about a half hour she had it all figured out and fixed. Not just one thing but 2 when even corporate couldn't do it. Girl power !! She's a keeper, hope Mr. Davidson realizes that Jenny goes above and beyond and gives out bonuses or a raise cause she deserves it!
