This is always my go to Loves for coffee, gas, propane and healthy snacks. I’ve always been greeted with kindness, courtesy and pleasant conversation from the staff.
I’ve read some of the negative reviews and it’s completely understandable that both the patrons and staff occasionally have a bad day, we’re human after all.
A kind word or smile goes a long way in changing people’s hearts and demeanor.
Regardless, as a frequent visitor at this store, I find the staff kind and considerate, the store and restrooms immaculate, the food and coffee fresh, the propane available, perimeter clean, trash cans emptied, shelves stocked, and the prices competitive.
One of the best travel centers in this area.

They sell garbage. On a road trip from WI to Pigeon Forge we stopped to purchase 2 iPhone charging cables at $15.99 which is insane but I get it, you pay for the convenience. An hour down the road we
Open the packaging only to find both fire wire ends were completely off. Not only did I significantly over pay for Chinese cables but they were broken. I’ll pay a premium for convenience but at least sell me a product that works. First and last time

Super clean restrooms and showers. Not that it’s the most important part at a truck stop, but nice plus that the employees are friendly and helpful

Don’t come here unless you want to be trapped. Can’t even get back out of the parking lot because of the amount of traffic just sitting everywhere. In the middle of nowhere Kentucky and it’s taking an hour to make it out of the parking lot. Never ever stop here

It's not ky law to scan I.D. for sales. But this company wants your personal information. So showing it's not enough. No scan no sale. I say boycott!! Its not law for I.D. to be scanned!!

It's June 18, 2024, 06:35. I just watched a black-shirted male Love's employee march out of a men's room stall, bypassing the sinks like they weren't there. Disgusting. He even tapped the button on a "Rate Our Cleanliness" device hanging by the restroom exit. Not the first hygiene issue I've had with Love's. Last July I bought a salad at another Love's in southern Indiana. Went to eat it hours later, but found a long black hair strand in it. Couldn't even return it for a refund. Again, disgusting.

Bless the folks that work here! Guess who left her purse behind and they found a way to contact me - I was on a road trip visiting family so we drove back over an hour to come get it, and they had it safe in the office. You can't beat honest people who genuinely want to help. Thank you so so much!!

I was racially profiled by Ashley the cashier and accused of shoplifting by Darrin the manager and when the sheriff showed up and searched me immediately started making excuses for the harassment and refuse to give me a police report
