I went to the body shop and the manager, Robert was so helpful and friendly! I had bent my latch on my hatchback, he tried to fix it on the spot in the parking lot but he couldn't get it to bend back by hand and it was almost closing time on a Saturday. He got me in on Monday and fixed it right up!!! My Mom has been there twice also and she had a great experience every time!!!

Car broke down near Corbin and was looking for a good, honest mechanic. We were very pleased … we live in Elizabethtown and did all the discussion remotely. Extremely pleased with the quality of work and price. Thankful!

While enroute from Mississauga, Ontario to Florida, I noticed that I had no A/C. The clerk at the BW hotel recommended Powers Auto Service, as a fair and honest shop. In the morning, David diagnosed my A/C issue as a minor leak, but couldn't get the part locally till the next day to fix it. He serviced the A/C and told me it should last for my trip down and probably more. I was back on the Interstate in about 2 hours.
David, your professionalism and honesty exceeded my expectations.

On our way home from OH to TN our alternator died. Fortunately, we came off the interstate pulled into an auto parts dealer who recommended Powers. Owner David was absolutely fantastic, ordered the part and told us that he would have it ready for us the following morning. He had one is his team members Joe to run us to a hotel and at 9am the following morning called to let us know that our car was ready and that Joe was on his way to pick us up.Great customer service, great peopl, great work and all for a very fair price! Thank you David and Joe!

Had a great experience getting a car looked at that we were thinking about purchasing. David even brought me out into the shop and under the vehicle to point out potential areas of concern. For a concern that we didn't feel confident to give accurate information, he sent me next door to the body shop, where they were able to explain the concern, or lack of concern, to put me at ease about the purchase.Service: Body & Trim

We won’t take our cars anywhere else. They are honest and fix what actually needs to be fixed, not like those other place that fix everything to run the bill up. They also talked to the insurance company when my daughter was in a wreck, one less thing I had to worry about. We tell everyone to go there. Dave went about and beyond to help me in anyway he could and performed timely and precise work would highly recommend his shop to anyone in the area or traveling all the other shops around town said it would be 2 weeks minimum and he got it done in 3 days
