During a routine blood draw, my arm started to bruise badly. The last drawing my blood tried to gaslight me by saying that I must just bruise easy. Highly unprofessional. I know an infiltrated vein when I see one. Take accountability for your screw-ups.

NO facilities in Somerset. Monticello is 8 miles as the crow flies across the lake. To drive is 1HR and 1/2. Cant make an appointment from Sign up page on line. Because I new about Specific lab in Corbin I made a direct appointment. Over 6 years Quest DOES NOT always forward results to my doctor. NOONE picks up the phone. The lab people are great but your system SUCKS. This is the last time I use your services. ILL pay the extra money.

Lady behind the desk is the rudest most unprofessional B!#@ I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. I have done several drug test and screening this lady won't even give you the time of day. DO NOT GO HERE FOR A DRUG TEST!!

Why will no one answer the phone??? My doctors office told me they sent the order for labs several days before. I made an appointment online. I tried to call, only getting a recording or no one to answer. On the recording it says not to worry if you get there and they do not have the order, they will call to get it. Well, I guess that is ok if you are willing to wait for hours!They did not, or could not find the order for my blood work. They called to get it, this is about 10 am. They then ask me if I would come back after their lunch, at 1 am.If someone would just answer the phone! I could have had my lab work and been on my way. I will never go to this place again!I did not get the lab work. I did not want to wait for hours. Drive time, and my getting ready time, cost me about 4 hours of my day! Waiting around until 1 pm would have cost me 6 hours, or more, of my day! Unacceptable!

Katie & Jeremy were so friendly and sweet to me. They are a very efficie,t team and get things done quickly without making you feel rushed. They kept the lab very clean as well. Jeremy is an excellent "vampire". He found my vein and didn't hurt me at all. I prefer Quest over all other lab options in Corbin KY.

worse site and phone number to call to get an appointment. If you need regular blood work done. They need a separate line for Covid. They also, need a better system to schedule blood work on line. This process is to cumbersome. I was so stressed and still could not get an appointment and could not reach a real person. The system talks to long. I would rate you a zero if I could.!!!!!
