Yesterday disabled widow of US Army 101st was refused the chance to go in while it was raining and dry her and her service dog off. This is a disgrace of a business. The widow was told buy one of the owners that he didn't want his store looking bad. To me his actions was what made his store not only look bad but a disgrace to his country.

Stopped to get gas on our way to Orlando from Indiana, while on our honeymoon. Tried to use my American Express at the pump, it was declined. I checked the app to figure out why it was declined and saw a $200 charge from them, even though the card was declined. I tried to call so I could get it straightened out and the number they have listed has been disconnected.

All but one pump functioningSelected the gas and applied a 20c credit to 87. But noticed it pumped ultimate. Owner said I need to restart. I told him my credit will be gone. He said he doesn't know. Would help if he spoke English.

Slowest pumps. You switch pumps and then it makes you go in and won’t take your card. No water dispenser on the fountain drink machine.

Usually the lowest gasoline prices in the London corbin area. A great place with excellent staff.A very busy store.only one employee occasionally which is a dangerous situation late at night or early morning.

We stopped at shell every time we go from WV to AL. The bathrooms are always clean. The workers always talk to you in their Kentucky Accent.
