Tried calling multiple different ways to try and speak with someone and the robot won’t let you and just hangs up. The website is so old and busted it won’t even let me schedule a pick up. It sat on the processing screen for fifth teen minutes before I gave up.

I find the counter staff EXCEPTIONAL and have been for many years. Cassie our delivery person is the finest one in the entirety of America. Absolutely brilliant people that we adore. I've never had a single item go missing in 15 years in USA and I do mail order in and out. The counter mostly men are incredibly welcoming EVERY SINGLE TIME and geniuses of the mail system.

The post office drivers need to pay more attention to where they are going!! & LEARN HOW TO STOP AND LOOK FOR TRAFFIC BEFORE PULLING OUT!!! I almost got t-boned by a careless driver! I have tried to call to report this driver and of course no one answers this location in Corbin Kentucky! What a joke!!!

Absolutely the worst. Made a complaint once I started receiving mail from someone who was using our address. Had to inform them after many times of notes that another person who used to live here doesn't anymore. Had to make a second complaint about the carrier still putting mail in the box of someone using our address. I don't know why they have a phone because anytime of the season they NEVER answer it. I don't understand why it's so hard to not put others peoples mail in our box besides our own when it clearly has our name on it. It must be a really hard job.

Very, VERY helpful with the situation my wife and I just had. We had company forget the apartment number, and we are leaving on a trip; urgency was required.
My wife and I got down, spoke with an EXTREMELY nice gentleman. He contacted the driver and I kid you not, our package was in our mailbox by the time we got home.
I have lived in Corbin for 4 years and have dealt with nothing but solidity from this office and it's employees.

Route mail carriers are horrid, they choose when they feel like delivering your package even though they have it on their vehicle, and post that no one was home when they didn’t even attempt delivery. Woodbine.
