We added a line to my account a few months ago but never ported the phone number in. The representative today at this Verizon store helped us change it over and didn’t charge for the service. It was no big deal. We always have good luck at the corbinverizon

We stopped by the corbin store to switch my straight talk phone number over to our Verizon account. They made it happen in 10 mins and the service was free. They won't help with that type of thing at all the stores but this one is good.

Called with a VERIZON issue, walked in the door only to be shown the same door when he didn’t want to deal with any helpful troubleshooting. Only there to make money. Not pleased with service at all. They get 2 stars for the lure and bait they pulled on the phone.

We had dealt with London when we first got Verizon but those people are crazy. We prefer to go to this store now. Recently Chad helped us upgrade our phones and got us all great deals. They also locked our price for 3 years

Chad was knowledgeable and was quick to help us. We came in looking for a fold and left with an s25 ultra because they didn't have the fold in stock. He let us look at his personal fold so we knew what they looked like and decided against it due to personal preference.

Chad is the G.O.A.T. This man helped me with an issue and would NOT take no for an answer. He stayed on the phone with them for more then and hour and would not rest until he helped me with my issue and made sure I left with my problem resolved.
Definitely will be coming back if I have any other issues and WILL be coming back to him. Thank you so much Chad!
