Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Everything is an insurance issue, 1+ hour wait to talk to anyone, and always unorganized. They are the absolute worst!

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and then when the phone did rang, they hung up and the call was disconnected or dropped. Not good customer service at all

This pharmacy is a joke... the wait is pathetic, Customer service is worse is enough... I will be moving pharmacy, anyone wanting to save time and aggravation don't come here..

Medicine is never ready like they say it is ontop of the 45 minute plus wait if they even have it in stock. POOR customer service. The lady at the pharmacy is simply rude and unprofessional.

Waited40 minutes in the drive up! People were even leaving from the wait. If I didn't need the meds, I wouldn't have waited either!

Went in to buy 100ct blood glucose test strips Shelve said on sale 24.99. When I went to check out the woman said $78 and some change. I said no they are on sale for 24.99. Usually 29.99. Went to the shelve and she scanned it. She said no these are for the pharmacy only. But yet the shelve was fully stocked. She took them and handed them to the lady at the pharmacy. Keep in mind that the boxes look identical. So that will be my last visit to Walgreens. Sorry you lost a frequent shopper

I hate that you closed the pharmacy in south Corbin KY. You have double the customers now and every time I go there is 1 person at the register. Great customer service Walgreens!!
