TLDR: If you need help anywhere near Corbin, KY; there is only one call you need to make, and that's to Wallen's Towning & Recovery. Ask for Rambo. This guy is a certified badass and will take care of you solid. There's no one else you would rather have your back in that situation.
Full Review:
I was driving home late last weekend after vising my Army buddy in Fort Benning, GA. Long story short, I got cut off on the highway by some jabroni, caught the shoulder, and was immediately faced with two options... A) Slide down the side hill of an entrance ramp sideways, at speed, and probably roll my jeep. Or, B) Throw my nuts over my shoulder and ride straight down that hill like it owed me money... and I'm just going to be honest here, 'Option A' was an afterthought. I stayed rightside up throughout, however, I was unable to correct my angle in time and got stuck in bottom drainage ditch. My phone kept routing calls to my hometown, not where I actually was, and there was no one able to help me. I finally was able to start calling local garages, but had no luck. During this time, I watched a total of 5 wreckers go by me, 2 of which I got out and waved to. At one point, an officer passed me, and while this is the one time you would love an officier to stop, he didn't even look over. Nobody stopped to help me, even just to see if I was OK. That is, until Rambo drove by. He was the only one. He saw that I needed help, immediately swung his wrecker over, and got right to it. He talked to me and hooked everything up while the office took my information, and he had me out in NO TIME. This guy can work a wrecker, man, let me tell you. Plus, he didn't act like I was a burden to his night or even that I was stupid for ending up in that situation. He was only angry that he personally saw a couple of the wreckers that drove by me without stopping. His understanding, cool nature even calmed me down a great deal, especially during a stressful situation. We talked about our family's and the military for a little bit, and then he had me on my way. He even told me how to get the tow service reimbursed from my insurance. Talk about service. I know it sounds weird, but I was really happy to have met that guy, regardless of the circumstances. For as messed up as this world seems to be, there are still some really great people out there, and Rambo at Wallen's Towing and Recovery is certainly one of them. 11/10, highly recommend.

Highly recommend!
Rambo was a God sent. I was beyond stressed after totaling my vehicle with my son, dog and 3 pet snakes with me. I was 4 hours from home pretty upset and obviously stressing where I was gonna go n sit to wait for someone to get to us. He reassured me that he would get me off the side if the road and help find me somewhere to go. He did the calling to help find me a hotel that would allow my pets. He was so kind, just an all around very nice guy. I am so thankful for him and his kindness towards me and my son and for all of his help. I also realized once i made it back home the only thing i forgot in my vehicle while cleaning it out was my eye glasses. I called and asked if they would possibly mail them to me and without hesitation the gentleman on the phone told me he would drop them in the mail for me. I'm really so thankful for all these guys here. I highly recommend anyone around the area of Corbin, KY to use this towing company if ever in need of any of their services. They know what southern hospitality really is!!

I had some issues with my Cargo Van in Corbin,KY. Rambo just happened to be there and sprung into action by getting me back on the road quickly and educated me what was going on with my vehicle. Thank you Wallens and Especially Rambo for being that road Angel and over all Great guy. Mark Yates

The gentleman & the (forth generation of the Wallen family) came to my rescue yesterday in Corbin after I accidentally locked š my keys in my car. I tried over a hour calling several numbers including the police š® department for help with no luck. His price was double the amount that I had in cash with me. I just didnāt know what I was going to do. He said calmly āyou can calm down now, I got you coveredā He treated me with respect and kindness in a professional way. Thatās something that is not common anymore! As I got in & grabbed my keys š and I was on my way, but not before I told him I could almost hug his neck for being so kind..I would definitely give him & his company a 5 star rating for professionalism and integrity.

0.8 miles from there shop to where vehicle was to be picked up. Another 0.1 miles to where it was to be unloaded. Rate $275.00 and let me tell you the little short bald dude. He gets all kinds of pissy when he gets told no. Tried to claim I must of been an impound or repo person. Trust me sir youāve never towed for me or ever will. Boltons towing showed up super nice gentlemen and he came all the way from Lily 95.00. And traveled probably 10 times the distance. I know crooked when I see it and the sad part is itās your business. If you wanna charge ridiculous prices thatās completely your choice but donāt cry and wine when someone calls you out on it. So to anyone looking you want a professional tow call Boltons and refuse at wrecks you donāt have to use Wallens Towing.

I never wish a breakdown on anyone, but if you do break down in southern Kentucky don't hesitate to contact Wallen Towing & Recovery. They were responsive, professional, and treated us and our vehicle with great care. Thank you to 'Rambo' for his excellent service.

Had a tire blow out on I75 last night about 7 pm. I called a friend who recommended Wallen's Towing. I was on the phone with the owner within minutes, and a driver was there shortly after. The driver was professional, and friendly. He towed my vehicle off the interstate and changed the tire for me. Cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, courteous, and quickly they had me back on the road. Exceptional service all the way around.

Awesome service! My friend and I had a flat tire today and they came to our rescue. He came to air it up, but didn't have enough air in his tank. He left to fill his tank and was right back to get us on the road! Thank you so much! Definitely good people!

Indeed, a very strange towing service. I called them in evening because I needed a tow. Girl didnāt immediately understand what I was saying. I believe this is a country of immigrants, and in this country, everyone has different accents. She simply hung up the phone and didn't even try to understand me. I called 2 more times, but she didn't answer me. Guys, especially those from IL trucking companies, beware of them. If they behave like this before even starting the job, imagine what they could do at the end when they drop your truck off at the point of delivery.
UPD 1: they responded to my review, but this is a lie.

busted my tire today; iām 17 and i didnāt know what to do as iām still a new driver. they were very attentive, helped calm me down and walked me through what to do. they even made sure i had air conditioning since its summer and it was rather hot out. very appreciative of their help and even more grateful of them!

Canāt say enough good things about this company. Engine died and Rambo (sp?) came and picked me up. Took it to a shop who confirmed the engine issue then helped me find a dealer for repairs. Highly recommend.
