This owner of the business is a jerk. I got my 2015 taxes done here for the first time this year and will never go back. It took 5 weeks for my return to be processed. The owner is a grumpy old man who never smiles and acts like he's better then other people. The only thing I can say that was pleasant about that place is the kid who worked up front. He was kind and very informative. Everything else was a joke.
