One of the worst places to go the store manager over stocks the shelves and throws out the rest. Youll be surprised what they throw away. They trespassed me for no reason and called the law on me because i was in there dumpster getting out cans and other metal and i came across 30 gallons on ice cream in the dumpster and continued going their and i was stopped by the store manager and she told me that what i was doing was illegal and i corrected her that what they throws out no-longer belongs to them and now i cant go there. they are barely useing their cash registers and forcing people to use the self checkout.

I walk around collecting cans and metal and i had went to the store to look in their dumpsters and the manager had told me they don't let people do that anymore because they were loosing business and i told her that's not my fault or my problem and she then seen me the next day and had moved her vehicle from the side to the front and when i noticed i laughed at her and got my cart and when i went back in front she moved to the side and i walked over there to see what her deal was and she called the manager from inside to come out and she did and told me that i couldn't be in the dumpster and said i was told i had to leave by the store manager and i had told her that there was nothing she can do about it as shes the one who orders shipments and throws out the rest of the products because she cant fit all of it in the coolers and when she told me i was trespassing at that point i told her that there was nothing i was doing illegal just collecting trash and she called the cops and i had left for that one because i wasn't doing anything wrong and the next day i had walked into the store to cool off and get some water and the manager approched me and asked if i was the one in the dumpster causing mayham to the employees and i told her no i was being harassed by her employees and i wasnt in the dumpster that day and they said that i was trespassing and called the cops on me on me and when the officer came he told me to just come back when they are't there or come back after hours and so i had walked down the road some and on my way back the store manager was about to leave the store but seen me and did a 180° back to the store and then called the cops again on me then when she went to leave again i was on the side of the road sitting on the guard-rail in the shade and she seen me and backed up and at that point i was being harassed so when the next officer comes along asked me to walk towards him and talk to him so i did and he said if he were to get called back over there i would be arrested for trespassing but there was nothing i done wrong he called me out to someones field to talk to me then turned around and trespassed me from there. I then was walking around my town with my bb gun (for protection as i live in the country) and people were going in the store saying there was a kid with a gun and to take cover and my friend tried telling him that i was okay and there was nothing to be worried about and he came out telling me they called the cops on me and that would be number 3 of calling the cops on me for a false police call and report as the one officer let her leave and go to the sheriff's office when she was the one in the wrong. One day they were working and there was a line and they had told everybody to use the self checkout when it doesn't take cash just card and people started leaving their stuff and walking out because they didn't want to wait in the line. Worst store i ever been to.

Tje cashier tried to charge me 5.75 for a small bag of ice.. that is price for big bag.. I know because I buy small bag all the time because ice maker is broke.. she wouldnt take my word for it. Called regional person and complained.

Mixed review, because the staff was friendly. Last night the total just seemed a little high from what I was expecting. After checking the receipt at home, I realized a few items were over charged by a much as 30%! I went back today and verified the price on the shelf and brought it up to the manager. She was very friendly and apologetic, and pulled all the items to rescan and adjust the prices for a refund. But that took over 30 minutes. She explained that corporate had pushed prices down and they hadn't had time to post them on the shelves. The ethical problem I see here is that #1 they knew it was a problem and I still had to catch the problem and tell them I knew and #2 that they continued to charge people to pay higher prices than posted while I was standing there. THEY KNEW and still did it. :-/ Not cool.*** 5 days later, it's the same practice of over-charging at the register. Now, however, they refuse to correct the prices at the register. ***

This one is just as good as the one beside coach stop. They both have such a variety and more than the other dollar generals. And the most organized and neat compared to other dollar generals as well
