I went to the Auto Zone in Ft Wright and the wrong windshield wipers were put on my car. Two days later I went to Auto Zone on Madison in Covington and they helped put the right size wipers on. The customer service was awesome. 10 out of 10 would recommend this store.

Slow at delivery most of the time. Must know exactly what you need otherwise you're likely to.gwtvtgw wrong Part. Most of the Workers aren't sure which parts are correct or not.

I arrived because my headlight was out. The store Manager Brian cheerfully installed my new light bulb. He told me that me headlight lenses were worn and dirty. Then sold me headlight cleaner that restored the lenses like new. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful, Great customer service and great attitudes. I will become a regular to the Covington Auto Zone.

Was in Cincinnati for the Fourth of July weekend and my check engine light came on the day before leaving back to Memphis, TN. Went to this location on my way out and the team there was super helpful. They ran the diagnostics test and ensured me that my family and me should be able to get home safe just fine - but to have it checked out again once returning home. I then took my car to my local dealership and it confirmed AutoZone's findings. I really appreciate the team's kindness, knowledge, and friendly attitudes. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

I addeda vehicle to the website and added the parts to my cart. When I arrived at the store I had the person confirm parts fit vehicle. However, when installing the pads, I had to make a trip back to get the correct ones. :(
