These guys are idiots. They will charge you full price for the car coming back with the same gas I got when I took it. Also they are slow. They have attitudes and they charge you for stupid things. Take your rental business somewhere else. I have rented from this place about 30 times and the quality of service went down.
1/9/26 I went to get a rental and the lady at the desk was completely rude. She was on her personal phone when she had 2 customers waiting. She was rude when asking for my card and ID. Something went wrong and it denied me to rent a car after I rented a car 15 times in the past. I will not go back to them as long as that lady is working there. She got an attitude when I tried to ask why I could t get a car. Do not waste your time and money. This place needs to be shut down or that lady needs to be fired.

I reserved a car for 11/20 with a 7:30 am pickup. While the office is scheduled to open at 7:30 am, it did not open on time. Even after multiple calls to the customer service number (where several agents simply hung up on me) nothing was resolved, the only options they gave me were to either cancel the reservation or pick up at a different location (which would have added at least an hour and made me even later). The office finally opened at 8:15 am only to find out the car I reserved wasn't available and the upgraded car they gave me hadn't been cleaned out (though it did have a full tank of gas). When I returned the car on 11/24, again at 7:30 am, the office once again failed to open on time. I left the keys in the drop box but had to call customer service YET AGAIN to get a receipt sent to me. Just one inconvenience after another and overall just a bad experience.

I am a preferred member and have been a loyal Avis customer for over 10 years. We made a reservation to pick up the car at 7:30am. Showed up at 7:30 and waited an hour - no one showed. We canceled and went to the airport location as we needed to be at our destination at a certain time and could not wait any longer. This is the second time this has happened. I can understand someone oversleeping or something happening once but for this to be a trend is very bad customer service.
We will not be renting from this location again.

My experience with Avis was very disappointing. From the start, the employee I dealt with was rude and confrontational in her tone, which immediately set a negative tone for the rental process. I asked about adding an additional driver, but she could not clearly explain what the extra cost would be or what my total rental cost would come to. This lack of transparency and professionalism was frustrating, and it made the entire experience stressful rather than smooth.
I expected better service and clearer communication from a company like Avis, and unfortunately, this experience left me questioning whether I would rent from them again.

First time and last time I'll deal with Avis/Budget. I reserved a full sized car, I show up and was told sorry we don't have the car you reserved but you can pay extra money and get something else. Sounds like a bait and switch. I have used Enterprise several times in the past and never once did they pull this stunt. I only decided to go with Budget cause they were slightly cheaper than Enterprise. Guess we now know why.

Johanna was really nice and the car was in good condition! I’m definitely renting a car again from here in the future! Update: They are now down 2 Stars because they promised to provide a $25 credit twice after I left my review as advertised, the credit was never applied.

The people who work here are actual saints. Especially Valerie! I came in on a Wednesday truly at my wits end with everything after my car engine completely went bust. She was so so kind to me and was able to get me a car despite how insanely busy they were.
The people that work here are empathetic and very kind and truly do the absolute most they can to get people the vehicles they need during crises. Thank you so much Avis Latonya!!

Avis is just a joke!!!!! I made a reservation and they don't even know what the hell is even in the inventory!!!! Then they charged me $428.21 when $285.27 was what was agreed upon and I CAN'T EVEN GET ANYONE OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!! They better NOT had charged me for the car being dirty internally (INCLUDING THE FABREZE'D SMOKE SMELL) OR externally when it was that way UPON RENTAL!!!!!!!!
