Horrible!! Double charged and the second time was even charged at a mistake rate. Although their mistake I still have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Unbelievable!!!

I had nothing but excellent top notch service from this location. This was my first time renting from avis. I worked for hertz for a few years and avis beat them hands down. Tasha made my renting experience 5 star from beginning to end. Thank you Tasha.

She was extremely helpful and polite and is a very hard worker..They clean the cars in the back of the building, so if you come in and no one is up front, that's because they are in the back cleaning.. Be patient ?.. I wasn't and am completely embarrassed by putting foot in my mouth ?♂️?♂️??
