Was told that if I added a line to my plan to make it 4 lines my monthly bill would be 100 bucks. Immediately there was a problem. After he added the line he said he was having a problem changing my plan. Called customer service and was told that was told that deal was only for new customers. The store told me they wouldn't refund my money after being lied too.

Johnny is so kind and helpful! Had to visit twice in the last month for phone issues and he fixed them. I had stopped at a different Boost and was told to buy a new phone and they would not help transfer data, what? And you want me to buy a phone from you??? Give Johnny a raise please and train some of your folks better.

be upfront and honest with customer Elise at latonia was very rude and did not inform us of all the fees and charges then after paying up front she laughs and says it's boosts policy. lol your company is not one I will ever recommend and I wish I never stepped foot into your business. I don't give you one star but it is the absolute minimum that could be forced selected. I rate boost a zero and customer service is a joke

Boost was running a special on a phone if you switched service to boost. For some reason our service (Tello) did not qualify, this store told us to go activate a TrackPhone from Kroger and come back it it would qualify. When we returned the next day they denied they told us to do that and even said they are not participating in the special phone offer anymore. Another store told us the individual stores can not opt out of corporate specials. I would avoid Boost and this store.

This Conversation Was One Of The Most Delightful Conversation's I Believe I Have Ever Had With A Retail Business, Elise Was So Kind, Curtous, And Helpful Beyond Belief. She Addressed My Every Issue With Her Vast Knowledge Of Boost's Service's And Had Them Quickly Resolved, I Was Extremely Impressed With Her Level Of Intelligence On Boost's Cellular Service's. I've Never Been So Pleased With A Business Conversation.

The lady that works here is very nice she is very knowledgeable about cell phones and Boost mobile. She was very helpful and helped save me some money
