“Owner operator. Trying to word this the best way I can.. I worked for this guy several years back and over all it was a good experience.. he is not a customer service expert or the good at advertising, but if you want a window installed at a good price and quickly.. I'd call this guy. I quoted a price at Jack's glass one day and it almost made me laugh.. I just ordered 6 house windows yesterday and picked them up today. He even met me an hour after closing up because I have a far drive. I come back every few years when I need glass. wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thanks!”

“Wrote just details on their online site for inquiry and received a phone call maybe 30mins later. Was told they could get me in the same day even with having to order the glass. Drove to their shop both were very professional and took care of my window in 30mins just like they said they would. Safelite wanted 2x what I was charged here and now I can cancel that appointment since the window has already been installed.”
