“Last week i got a flat and put a spare on. I got off of work around 5pm and saw they were open for a bit longer. Due to traffic, it took me 50 minutes to drive there, and they said they would wait for me which off the bat I thought that was super helpful. I got there and told them I needed 2 used tires. They stated they actually have a 4 set of the same brand of used for $300. Great deal. They put them on very quickly. Jay the owner is super helpful and it's a great busy positive environment. I had a great experience and my tires I got are great. Definitely will be using J's for any further repair, etc in the future!”

I worked for this guy several years back and over all it was a good experience.. he is not a customer service expert or the good at advertising, but if you want a window installed at a good price and quickly.. I'd call this guy. I quoted a price at Jack's glass one day and it almost made me laugh.. I just ordered 6 house windows yesterday and picked them up today. He even met me an hour after closing up because I have a far drive. I come back every few years when I need glass. wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thanks!”

What happens is the tech takes a video of the inspection along with any issues found, then you are sent a link to the video to review. After that, you choose/approve the recommended work. Works pretty well. So far, I would recommend them for service work.”

He was able to work me into the schedule but he didn't have the part I needed, but he was able to get me running enough to get home.
